It still seems suspicious to me that he never acknowledged my e-mail and never addressed the other issues (no date or stamp on warranty card and no proper instruction manual). I did e-mail the one bidder to alert him about all this, but he never got back to me, either. Maybe they hashed it out among themselves. I still wouldn't trust this guy.
