Did you try Otto Frei at www.ofrei.com? They stock or have access to most Omega parts. They listed both bezels for my Seamaster GMT. You are right, you must buy the entire bezel not just the insert.
I purchased pins and bushings from them recently. They are not cheap but they really "have the goods"!!!
