Apparently just semantic gymnastics. Who cares if ETA makes the whole movement as long as the modifications required by Omega are not used on any other movements--then it probably qualifies as an Omega movement, i.e., a movement unique to Omega watches. I don't care if my Ferrari has a Ford engine labeled Ferrari if Ford specially makes the engine only for Ferrari and the engine is better than the stock Ford engine without the modifications. Just my 2 cents.
