Actually, I have never felt that the lume on the 2531 was bad...infact there have been several nights /early mornings when I have gotten up and still been able to see the albiet faint dial and hands. Obviously it does not compare to the 2254 or to a seiko monster...but that is primarily due to the larger surface area of lume that those watches have on their dials.
You won't be disappointed with the lume of the bond watch. It really is very good. And if you want more...then get a 2254 or its related GMT!!!
