omega seamaster sapphire cristal

hello,

i just bought an Omage Seamaster proffesional 300m automatic.
the Sapphire crystal isn't put in straight.
at 18:00 it is 0,2mm out and at 12:00 it is even with the bezel.
This is a difference in height.

Is this normal for such an expencive watch or is there any purpose for this??
Is the watch still waterproof??
