You need to use the ScothBrite yellow and green pads and only rub VERY GENTLY in one direction on the clasp. This will remove minor scratches only, not deep ones. Use very little pressure and go very slowly so you don't ruin the clasp. This has worked for many people on the forum, but you must do it slowly and in one direction using very little pressure. I hope that helps.
DO NOT attempt to use the pad to remove scratches from your bracelet. The links are polished and brushed, so one little slip and you'll do some damage.
