New AT - 2500 version C, 39.2mm, SS bracelet, white dial - blue hands
Hello
Model: 2503.33.00
Finally picked up my new beasty as a belated 30th present for myself from the jeweller ;-). Looks great, am really happy with it. I specifically asked for a version C and instructed them on what to ask for. After about a month of dead end calls to Omega UK and CH (which both suprised and dissappointed me) the jeweller just ordered one and by chance I guess, it turned out to be a version C. So I have what I asked for - great.
A question of sizing. The jeweller did this for me no probs, have a comfortable size (can slip index finger underneath to 2nd knuckle while worn) but am not 100% happy with the natural position of the dial on my wrist - its too far towards my little finger in a relaxed position.
Can any other AT owners out there post some numbers please?
Given that the bracelet has 3 types of links:
"H"alf size removeable with hole
normal size "R"emoveable with hole
"N"on removeable)
... can you count how many on the 6 o'clock side and the 12 o'clock side?
I'll start
from 6 o'clock position towards the buckle it goes like this
RNNNNRRHR
and from 12 o'clock position towards the buckle it goes like this
RNNNNRRRRR
And for consistency, the "buckle link" is half sized with an Omega logo on the viewable side and not quoted in the lists above.
My wrist below the joint is 7 and 1 tenth inches.
Cheers,
Gordon
