I recently purchased a used Omega Speedmaster Professional 3570.50 vintage 1997 manual wind. I LOVE it. However, it is my first wind watch in nearly 40 years. While I don't mind daily winding I find it to be a pain. Literally. My fingers actually hurt and I have to stop 1 or 2 times before the watch is fully wound. Maybe this is unique to me ? Maybe I'm just a wimp? But I really don't think so. Is there some "trick" or method to winding properly? Thanks for any suggestions.
