I definitely agree that I would never even consider buying a watch with no serial number. I think that I would have to get a VERY deep discount (like about 75%). I think primarily gray market dealers who remove the serial numbers prey on those people who don't know any better. I think that if people knew that they could get referals to an AD that could match a gray market price they would never take the risk of going gray market.
