Re: Question on Overwinding Protection Mechanism

: The SMP is my first automatic watch, so I am
: very new to this type of technology. My
: question is: If I fully wind the watch
: manually, and I immediately use it, will
: this constantly activate the over winding
: protection mechanism throughout the day? In
: addition, is there a formula to figure out
: how the hours of office wear will be
: transformed in power reserve hours? Thank
: you.

The first q---no, second---it really depends on how much movemnt your body/wrist gets. IT would be hard to really come up with a formula since no single mevemnt is equally the same to the previous--thus too much of a inconsistantce.
