: These movements have a "spring" that puts tension on the second hand wheel, and
: when a watch is serviced and the second hand is placed on the post, it slightly bends
: this spring. This will cause the wheel to have insufficient tension on the wheel, and

Jon, thanks loads for the advice. I must have just not given as close a look at the watch after having it serviced than I thought. Hopefully the shop that did the servicing will take care of it for no charge, as there would have to be visible signs of an impact to have any other cause for it and it hasn't been very long since the servicing.
I had brought the watch back to have them clean out a nice big dust particle that they missed (really ticked me off that they missed it, especially considering that a loop should have been used in the final inspection). Now given this other discrepancy, I probably won't use them again.
