No problem, I hope they get it addressed quickly and easily :)
I would not be that criticle on the dust particle, as it is very hard to get it 100% every time. Many times, dust can be completly hidden, even under a 10x loupe, but after wearing it for a short while, it moves into plain view :( It often attaches to the underside of a hand, or around the edge of the crystal right where the crystal curves making it hard to see.
I do service work, and as I do use a 10x, this happens every so often. Measure a company by how good they are to work with... are they on time, friendly, backup their work etc... If they are not all of the above then you should think about another outfit.
