Ok, so I read all the previous messages and decided to simply e-mail Omega about this question and here is the response I got from them:

We thank you very much for your message and for your interest shown in our brand.
All our watches, including the Seamaster Professional, are antimagnetic according to the definition in international standard ISO 764.
This standard is based on the accidental passage of a watch in a magnetic field of 4,800 A/m, i.e. 6 ? 10-3 Tesla (0.006 Tesla).
Therefore, there is no risk to damage the watch while working on your computer.
