Now I am really disappointed in the local omega "Watchsmith" who managed to damage the case just taking the back off. What a moron. Then the idiot salesperson tried to deny the scratches on the back of the case. Get this: He got out his loupe to look for scratches on the polished surround on the watch back which are visible with the naked eye from feet away. Then, once I got him to see the scratches he tries to convince me that they come from the factory this way. Like I am some kind of moron, and this is the first time I have seen MY OWN WATCH!
I have the urge to kill. I am not kidding.
