Alan and John Rochowicz:
I am new to this board. My wife surprised me last week with a new Planet Ocean (45mm, black dial and bezel, bracelet). I love it. My first "real" watch. I have wanted a Seamaster since I was a teenager. I always settled for cheap watches. I love my Planet Ocean so much I am thinking of getting another one, but with the orange bezel and numbering, and maybe with the orange strap. I am also thinking of getting a Breitling Chronomat Evolution.
I would be greatful for the following:
(1) A referral for an Omega dealer that will give me a substantial discount, maybe even the 37.5% Alan was fortunate to get. Unfortunately, my wife bought my Planet Ocean at a dealer in Newport Beach, CA and only got a 9% discount;
(2) John, I have read on this board that you have a Breitling dealer that will give substantial discounts. Could you please provide that referral?;
(3) Lastly, would you recommend that my new orange Planet Ocean be with the bracelent and that I get the orange strap and buckle later, or just get it with the orange strap and use the bracelet from my current Planet Ocean whenever I want to wear it with a bracelet?
Thanks in advance for you referrals and recommendations. I look forward to future participation in this board.
