Hi everyone,
I hadn't worn my Speedmaster Date for a few days and since I don't have a winder, of course, it stopped. When I was on my way to work today I quickly wound it up, set the time and took off. At around 1:30pm I checked the time and I remembered that the date was wrong. I proceeded to pull out the crown and set the date when it just brought up solid and didn't move anymore. I immediately knew what I had done wrong, obviously when I set the time in the morning it was PM and I just didn't notice the date change because I knew it was wrong anyway. I know I'm not supposed to set the date between 11:00pm and 2:00am, right?
My date is still stuck between two days. Has anyone else made a bonehead mistake like this? If so, do you have any advice for me on how to remedy the situation? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!
ps. It's only one year old and purchased from an AD so waranty work is not out of the question I guess.
