Aqua Terra Co-Axial

I just purchased my second OMEGA Seamaster a few days ago. Its the CO-AXIAL Aqua Terra and I think it looks great! I was setting the time in conjuction with time.gov and when I slowly pushed the crown into the case it appeard that the watch face moved slightly? Taken aback I did the same thing again and it seemed to move some more? Is this normal for all OMEGA watches? Maybe the screw in crown is what secures the watch face in place when its pushed in? I also noticed there is some fine white dust under the crystal laying on the face of the watch. Very hard to see but with the correct light it comes up? Maybe its because the face is gloss black and all watches have some dust and the black shows it off? My last question is does OMEGA's quality surpass ROLEX? It just seems that ROLEX gets all the attention??
