Just a point, if I am not mistaken, all mechanical watches needs a few months to "settle in", I think a cpuple of days is too early. Anyway is it true that even during the initial phase (i.e before few months of buying), it has to perform within COSC standards? and whenever it is off it needs regulation?

Wow is it true that most mechanical watches needs adjustment daily to be functionally accurate? If that't true than having a mechanical watch is kinda tedious to me. For me an error less than a minute a day is acceptable but if it exceeds that than it's a real put off.
