My NEW Seamaster, is it ok or no???

Hi everyone! I'm a big fan of automatic watches, and I have a few. Not a long time ago I had a chance to look and to try on SMP and since wanted that watch. Not because I need a watch, my drawer is full of different type watches, but because of ...well, u know what i mean!!! Just fell in love with that beauty! And finally couple weeks ago went to AD to get my new seamaster!!! Any ways, to make long story short.
This chronometer is something or it's something? First day it gained about 2,5 seconds, next day only one...then in next couple days it lost 2 seconds. It was always on my wrist 24/7 and for first 10 days of wearing it watch gained only 2-3 seconds!!! On a weekend i washed my car, so i placed it in my drawer face up and when i picked it up next day it gained 5 sec!!! So on the wrist for 10 days difference is about 2-3 sec, and in drawer for only one day 5 sec ahead! Is there any specific position that i need to put it so it will be more accurate? I don't know those tricks because it's my first chronometer. Would appreciate any comments!!! thanks a lot and happy days with your great watches!!!
BTW i'm wearing it since I got it from a drawer for 24/7 and for 13 days it lost about only one second. I would't believe if someone would tell me this, but it's true!!! Can't wait to rate it for a full first month!!! Will be +/-1 or something like that...extreme!!!
