I have a 2293.52 Ti SeMP, and the ONLY time I have to unscrew the stem is at the end of the five months of the year that don't have 31 days. Other than that, I have NEVER had to adjust it. I will admit that I have never obsessed about its accuracy, but I have NEVER noticed that it has lost or gained enough time to need to be changed relative to a good quartz movement.
