Crosshairs wear a common dial decoration. It does not indicate that the movement is a Certified Chronometer. This is my `61 Seamaster DeVille with Caliber 550 (non-chronometer).
The best way to find out if it is a Chronometer is to find out what movement it is, possibly by opening the case.
