to all the Seamaster bracelets. The options are to either learn to live with it either too tight or too loose, or to buy extra half-links and play with adjusting it that way. Note that the half-link is slightly smaller than half of a full link. This means that two half-links are about 1 mm smaller than one full link, and three half-links are about 1 mm smaller than a full-link + a half-link. Ask your AD if he has any spare half-links around, or see if he can order you some. They are about $25.
I don't think there is a way to replace the clasp.
