I'm in Minnesota and got a 2293.52 from Jim Gianforte, who is the owner of Continental Jewlers in DC. He had my rather rare Ti SeMP in stock, and he even runs his own accuracy tests on his watches before he sends them out.
I got mine next day air with the band prefectly adjusted, and at a very good discount, and no sales tax. Last I heard FedX was still able to ship watches to Kalifornia, even though OTHER items (like handguns) may soon be banned.
