I wasn't trying to say that we need a new moderator and that the moderator should be ME. If it is indeed Chuck Maddox and we just need to bring him out of hibernation, that would be great. Keith and Georges are far more knowledgeable than I am, so if either of them are able to do it I'd wholeheartedly back them.
As gar suggested, I contacted the WebBBS people and also sent an e-mail to chronocentric directly, in the event that there is still a moderator who can receive these e-mails. *fingers crossed*
