My 6 month old 2504.50 AT was bumped hard against a rough granite surface. The ring on the case around the crystal sustained a nasty ding / gouge, but what troubles me the most is that the luminous hour marker at the 3 o'clock position is adrift on the face of the dial. I have been recording the chronometer rate of error over the past 48 hours and so far it remains the same as before the accident, -4 sec. per day.
I highly doubt that Omega would cosider covering this as a warranty claim.
Any advice ??
