Hmm I guess this strap gives the watch another personality. With the (beautiful) original bracelet, it looks sporty and robust. With the strap it looks more elegant and "light weight", but still as sporty.
For me, the "Bond" has always been one of my "dream watches", and I honestly don't think I'll ever sell it. Getting different straps (and/or bracelets), lets me style the watch to different conditions - it's like having several watches in one.
I guess it's like having different styles and colors of shirts - instead of settling for all white :o)
