I recently sent a titanium SMP chronograph to the UK service centre for a restoration, new dial/hands and re-issue of chrono certificate - result? £300 and six weeks later - no new hands - sent it back - 2 weeks later arrived back having been scratched (easy on a titanium watch) in transit - sent it back - 2 weeks later arrived back in good condition. So, 10 weeks to do the job and £300 bill - Hmmmmmmmm, NOT IMPRESSED. Can anyone advise me on the procedure to send the watch to Omega in Switzerland for servicing / restoration and a reasonable idea of costs and time taken (I still have a few watches that are not quite up to the standard I like)
Thanks in advance
