It is we deep regret that we must announce the decision of Swatch, Omega Division to close the Thomas's account.
Thomas's along with more than 40 independant jewellers and more than 50 multiple jewellers shops around the UK will have their accounts terminated, a further 35+ have been told to make changes to their businesses or be closed.
We thank the 500+ Omega customers who have enjoyed our service and prices these last couple of years, and will continue to supply great Omega watches for the next six months that the account will (unless they close it earlier) remain open, and thereafter until stock is exhausted. We continue to believe our service, staff, displays are excellent, and are disappointed that the many loyal Omega rural customers in the UK, are to be directed to jewellers who are located in the big shopping centres.
Thomas's do not detract the quality of Omega watches, and wish our fellow retaillers good luck both with and outwith the Omega Family.
