The Rolex has a far more better movement

The Rolex despite it is more expensive has a far more better movement than the Broad Arrow. The 4130 has never known a single issue unlike the 33xx since its introduction and it also has a microstella balance wheel and also a far more bigger power reserve which make of it a far more better chrono movement than the 33xx. I too like Omega but the problems 33xx are unexcusable for a $+3000 watch, the rolex had no flaws when it comes to the movement. The daytona wasn't meant to have a date even on the old 6265 and 6263 models and even on their predecessors 6238 and 6239 there was no date. The problem of the 33xx was a teething problem which was supposed to be resolved, but as Chuck stated it, a movement that has resetting chrono problems and this especially when it is a new one, it is not a sign of reliability.
The B.A had better legibility and date but it hasn't got a better movement, however I do consider the 33xx better as the zenith el primero 410.
I think that Omega should make long term tests of their calibers as they did in the past instead of introducing quickly a caliber and then having problems.

Just my opinion

georges
