I am sure this is one of the most commonly asked questions on this, or any other watch forum. I just bought a previously owned Omega 300M GMT. Ser No 800XXXXX
Case No 168 1613. It has an 1128 movement. The serial number on the movement matches the one on the case lug. I am trying to ascertain the year my watch was manufactured. Omega responded to my query with “Unfortunately, we are not allowed to communicate any manufacture dates”. Any ideas?
