Omega Seamaster bezel

I recently bought a Seamaster bond automatic and I noticed that the unidirectional turning bezel was not perfectly �in line� with the marks on the dial (especially at 3H00 and 9H00). Do you know if it�s a common problem on the Seamaster or should I send it to Omega? If so, is it covered be the guarantee (I bought it from an authorized dealer).
