Hi
To answer your question the most anti magnetic watches available on the market today are the IWC Ingenieur with its inhouse caliber, the Sinn Pilot's watch and Duograph with diapal and anti magnetic resistance to 80000 a/m, 1966 Rolex Milgauss and old IWC Ingenieurs. Older Omega inhouse movements (from movements built during the 30's till 1982) had and have also better antimagnetism because there was a test of isochronism made during the production and that test was also a mandatory in the cosc certification before 1982.Rolex movements from the 30's till today have always had a good antimagnetic resistance but the most antimagnetic Rolex watch was the Milgauss but it is horribly expensive today near $15000 if not more. About Breitling all I know is that they use Etas modify them slightly and I am not sure that are anti magnetic tests are done on these watches.
I had a discussion a while ago with my watchmaker during my last visit who said that generally working too close electric or magnetized appliances isn't good for the watch's accuracy who can be affected over the long run. The movements according to him that are most prone to magnetism are Etas if they haven't received an adequate anti magnetic treatment.
Hope that helped.
regards
