To further reinforce our friend Sam here, I'd encourage you, Jim, to print out these Posts one by one to bring w/ you to your AD meeting. Would be good for him to know just how upsetting what we are hearing here is in terms of his treatment of you. And our experiences w/ ADs who continue to enjoy our business.
We may not be able to spell "Triangle," darn it, but we're not to be messed with when it comes to our chronometers!
Seriously: Does anyone know if the folks at Omega across the pond read this site? Even if not, I'd recommend that you, Jim, touch base w/ them directly on this as well. If nothing else, let's see how the OEM feels about this -- and how your AD feels about responding to them.
And DO let all of us here know how BOTH respond to your communications.
Clout-wise, just on the Posts for this thread alone, how much dollar volume would you say we represent to Omega? Maybe that's something to be considered....
