As others have expressed, a lot has happened in my own life that goes beyond watches. So I'd like to first say that it's nice to have this place where I can come to indulge, guilt-free, in just that.
The one thing I have to recognize as biggest was the purchase of my James Bond-style Omega Seamaster 2531.80 (new, from AD). I've had my eye on it since "Tomorrow Never Dies" and the day I first held one in my hand at the Pentagon City Mall in the Washington, DC, area, 1998. Took a lot to get here, and having gotten here, it represents all that is good.
Once again, I thank you all for your part in that. The education. The debates on grey markets and service. The unflinching commitment to this wonderful brand.
