Hi
The moonwatch has the highest quality cam operated chrono movement, the 1861 based on the lemania 1873. The aquaterra and the rail master are two attractively priced watches with a very nice finish, I would rather have a railmaster because it is more legible.
I would avoid Bell & Ross and the Tag because there aren't significant improvements made on the movements and the accuracy and the over long run is not coming close to the Omega levels. The new autavia has an inversed eta 2892a2+ the faulty dubois depraz chrono module and this movement doesn't comes to the toe of the original cal 11,12 and 15 and it doesn't comes close to the quality of the moonwatch. About the Geneva 126, you just have a rebadged eta 7750 inside it but without any significant improvements.
Stay with Omega is my advice.
regards
georges
