Seriously, you may need to look at whatever you are seing under a jewelers' microscope that most stores have associated w/ their diamond selections. A hair may be the least of your worries, as it could also easily be a hairline scratch or crack in either the crystal or the coating. It could also be something on the dial (I wasn't sure from your Post).
Again to plug great ADs, this is why we buy from sources that Omega sanctions and who stand behind what they sell. If there's anything in you watch that doesn't belong there, I'd probably have it replaced. I wouldn't want to have it come loose over time and foul the movement, for example. Depending upon how it's snagged, I'd also wonder about what to parts coming together that it may be obstructing.
We're talking Swiss craftsmanship here, for Pete's sake, not the Clarance Thomas Supreme Court nomination hearings! Don't even get me started on what sort of hair it might be, given that upset I've shared about the guy who showered in the 2541.50 he wanted to sell me....
