how long a warranty repair takes

i put my seamaster gmt coaxial into swatch here in the uk for a warranty repair for moisture ingress the face was fogging up, the watch has not even been in a pool, also it was gaining 30 secs a week. its been nearly a month now. is this period of time right for a warranty repair?. regards and merry xmas to all adrian
