I am pretty sure the caliber is based on the eta 2892-a2 but with small seconds at 6 and chronometer certification. No it is a new model.There was in the past (ca 1995)a deville with subsecond at 6 and with chronometer certification but it was a handwound one with the cal 651 based on the eta peseux 7001.
