In Response To: Re: What to do? ()

When I run my divorce support groups, I make it a practice to take anyone in who thinks I can help. Unfortunately, when the spouse of one person also comes, I have to say that I can only serve the first, that to have both would undermine the whole process.

It seems to me that there is a real DANGER here on Chronocentric that needs to be addressed. I don't care about the man, woman, sexual orientation, religion, or any other affiliation any of you all have here. But it just seems to me to be wrong that any of our wives, lovers, et cetera, might be given access to this place that I've come to see as sacred.

This place should be no different from a Catholic Confessional, in my opinion. What is said here, stays here.

Along those lines, so our dear Brother Mike has sinned. Should he not have the opportunity for absolution? If so, why not just "sentence" him to wear an Armitron $12 quartz in public for 8 hours; then when the wife busts him, he can say he's done his time and that is that?
