Hello,
I am glad I found this forum.
I have recently recieved a Omega Speedmaster Day/Date Mens Watch 3523.30 as a gift and had a few questions regarding the watch.
I am new to the world of multiple dials in a watch and need some understanding. I have 3 small dials in the watch. I know the one on top tells me the day and month but what are the others and how to i use them?
Does anyone have a operating manual better than the one that comes with the watch? I am at a loss to be able to set any of the settings but the time, date and the month.
Lastly, I keep the chronograph running i.e second hand. The manul says that one should use this for capturing time like a stop watch. BUt can one keep the chronograph running just to have a sense of the fact that the watch is running? I might sound naive but I have always had a simple watch with the hour, minute and second hands and the movement of the second hend kept me convinced that the time was right :)
Thanks a lot for your patience. I realise that some of my questions might come across as plain amateur. Just that I didnt get any instructions to explain these things to me so thought I should get some help :)
Thanks again
Manpreet
