Re: Omega Improvements
In Response To: Omega Improvements ()

-Personally I would like to see Omega really clamp down on those grey market watches. I mean, it really bugs the hell out of me to walk by the watch display at my local Sams Club and see three or four offerings from Omega not so nicely displayed. Now they are not the only ones I see there. Baume & Mercier, IWC, Breitling, and a few others have also fallen victim to this.
-I would like to see some US marketing too. I think if Omega chose to be a big player in the US, this would help to bolster A.D. sales and put a crimp in the grey market business.
-I second the motion for all applied markers too. Personally I feel my SMP blk/blk is one of the most attractive dive watches out there. To have applied hour markers and Omega logo IMO would really polish off this beauty. Other watch makers such as TAg and Breitling have benefited from more polished dials, even though their movements may be lesser grade.

Happy new year to all.
Mike
