So the other day I checked my Omega Seamaster 2531.80 time against time.gov and for a 30 day period the watch was +1 min 15 sec, +2.5 seconds a day which is still with in COSC specs, but here is where my question comes in.
I have been sick lately so the last two nights I have taken the watch off (as I move around alot and did not want to bang the watch up) and set it on my dresser face up. I went to reset my watch today and my watch time compared to time.gov is now -1 sec over all. Is this strange?
And when you do set a watch down what is the best position to place it in? (A picture would be helpful)
Thanks in advance.
