Need some advice...I bought my Omega Constellation watch less than 2yrs ago. It was the first time I had to change my battery.I took it to an authorized Omega dealer watch repair...The watch works fine but in replacing the battery it looked like they had opened the case back with a sharp objuct...thus bending the case back a bit. Is there a special instrament they should be using instead of a knife to pop open the case back? Your input would be greatly appreciated. I took it back to the dealer and they had told me that on Omega watches there is always a space where they can put a shrap object (like a knife) to pop open to get to the battery. To me that sounded a bit odd.Is that true? Any thoughts?
Thanks...Jennifer
