Does my SMP have a flaw? *PIC*

I apoligize for the terrible picture, it's all I could produce with my limited skills and equipment. There is a very small (what appears to be the same gold color as the waves on the face) spec on the luminous marker where the number 3 should be. I may be completely nuts, but I don't remember seeing this a week ago. The watch (2265.80) was a graduation present, and my first nice watch, and I love it. I've looked at pictures of other similar watches on the internet and I don't see this spec, which is why I'm a bit concerned. It was bought at costco, and I could return it for another if this was a problem. Thanks in advance.
