I don't see anything like your speck on my 2254.50 (black dial, mechanical version of your watch). Also provided a link to photos below, if that helps.

Seems to me that there was a Post on here w/in the last few weeks about (older?) markers deteriorating. That shouldn't happen, nor should there be dust on the dial of a new watch.

The MSRP on your watch must have been around $1600, and that raises the bar pretty high w/ me on "satisfaction." It's also why we buy from Authorized Dealers - to "make it right" when it's not (in our opinion).

The only hesitation I'd have is that you tend to get only one bite at the apple on 1-for-1 replacements, so I'd wait until the end of that o
"grace period" (my AD gives 10-14 days). After that, all corrections will become "send it to a Service Center, be w/out it for over a month."
