Accuracy is affected by temperature change, but when extreme changes occur (like -22C to 40C, then that may be the least thing to worry about..... The gaskets of your watch that give it a 300m rating will take quite a beating. Glass, steel, and aluminum expand and contract at diffent rates, and can cause considerable damage to your water seals. Since you think that watches should be worn and abused [to put it harshly :->] I wanted you to recognize this threat....
