Based on confirmations I've had come in from a number of insiders over the last 36 hours, it looks like our man James Bond 007 will definitely be wearing one of the following Omega watches in Casino Royale.

Last one was a bit of a shocker to me, as all sources have said Daniel Craig will wear a co-axial in Casino Royale. Then I learn that the 2531.80 will be upgraded to co-axial in April.
