Re: A certain 0.25-second difference per minute

wow, only 30 seconds fast after 60 days. I've been tracking my watch daily for about 3 weeks now (3x a day w/ USNO time too- mid morning after work, early afternoon before bed, and late evening before work) and am about to hit 1min fast in a couple of days. The watch usually runs around 3-3.75 secs/day with the occasional 2's and 4's depending on activity. I wear it everywhere. I even take it running and lifting (w/ the occasional shower but no sleeping or heavy heavy workouts).

Anyways, i also noticed about a 0.25 variance when checking the time. Usually this happens during my morning checks, but I chalked it up to not paying too close attention when I hear the beep or to the orientation as I read the time. But now that someone else is seeing that too, maybe its not just my imagination. My checking accuracy will go something like "ok, 53.5 secs... 53.5 secs... oh wait, 53.25... 53.25... hmm..." this is with my Bond GMT cal 2628.
