2006 Torino Collection

I am considering buying a 2006 Torino Speedmaster automatic reduced. Does anyone have any information on this watch. I have not found much on the net. Is this a good choice, I already have a seamaster pro quartz and have wanted an automatic for a while. Also how accurate is this watch? It is my understanding that it is not a chronometer. If a watch is not stamped as a Chronometer does this indicate that it is less accurate than a Chronometer. Any comment would be greatly appreciated.
