the first expensive watch i bought was a corum bubble chronograph, 3 and a half years ago, i still have it and still wear it often. i paid 1600.00 for it , but if you divide the price i paid for it by the time i ve had it, it comes out to about 38.00 a month or $1.26 a day to own.
so over time watches really aren't that expensive.i think the key is to pay cash or put at least half down.my girlfriend bought me a planet ocean for x-mas she got only a 500.00 discount and she financed it and her payments are ridiculous definately not the way to go.
